My healthy lifestyle approach is directly based on my own experience with the problem.

I have always been ambitious and had high expectations for myself. The entire time I was studying to graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and a Bachelor of Science in Sports and Exercise Science, I was a dedicated, competitive athlete in multiple sports.

After graduating, I became a devoted fitness lifestyle coach and gained more than half a dozen coaching specializations while doing my best to stay in shape. During the pandemic, however, my unsustainable lifestyle came tumbling down like for so many others. After being forced to pause and evaluate my new reality, I saw an overweight, overworked woman on the brink of burnout.

Like many of my clients, I had neglected my health in order to excel at my job and serve others.

I wasn’t willing to compromise my work ethic or health, which meant I had to get creative and come up with a lifestyle that adapted even to radically different circumstances.

For my new methodology to work, it needed to be intuitive, simple, and effective, not just for myself today, but for anyone at any time. Hence the name, Always Fit.

As a registered nutritionist, applied exercise specialist, and athlete with over 20 years of combined fitness experience, I understand the link between health, lifestyle, and behavior.

Besides my Tiny Habits Coaching and Strength and Conditioning Specialist certifications, I use my vast knowledge of Biochemical Mechanisms and Chemistry to develop personalized, holistic lifestyle plans for clients specific to their health markers, fitness goals, and nutritional requirements.

I take pride in providing my clients with continuous support and autonomous tools that foster intrinsic motivation.

To achieve success in the long run, I believe you need more than just one set of strict guidelines–because, as we all know, things can and do change.

It is not realistic to expect a personalized wellness program to work indefinitely, regardless of how technical or tailored it is. Using a flexible framework, Always Fit helps you establish a strong mental and physical foundation that allows you to tackle unforeseen challenges on your own.
